Basic British 1764 Manual Exercise Moves - Revolutionary War Reenacting
Basic moves that every British reenactor should know, with detailed steps for Left, Right, & Right About Face, Poise, Rest, Order, Order (in two), Standing at Ease, and the Official Dismissal. A Practice Drill follows the instructional portion, with the video flipped so it's like you're looking in a mirror. These moves draw from the 1764 Manual Exercise and some reenactorisms. Looking to join the oldest reenacting unit that is based on one of the only British Regiments to have fought the entirety of the AWI campaign and located in the PA/NJ area? See 243regiment.com or facebook.com/43rdRegiment and enlist today! Special thanks to Red Bank Battlefield Park for allowing us to film on their grounds.
