A Dodge Challenger with a Pentastar engine. This car came to us with a short list of tasks, but as the project progressed, it evolved into a full-scale renovation, with every detail meticulously attended to. We started with the body. The car was completely disassembled, the surface was carefully prepared, and the entire body was painted, achieving a perfectly even gloss and depth of color. After painting, the body was covered with high-gloss polyurethane to protect the new paint from chips, scratches, and fading. The next step was building the sound system. We fabricated a subwoofer unit, selected components to suit the car's interior, and tuned the system for clear, rich sound. Simultaneously, we completed comprehensive soundproofing to minimize extraneous noise and vibration, making the cabin comfortable even at high speeds. We paid special attention to the interior. Inspired by one of our previous projects, the owner decided to completely refurbish the interior—the seats and door panels were finished in red Alcantara and nappa leather, with accents of contrasting stitching. Later, the owner decided to go all the way—we reupholstered the entire interior, including the headliner, steering wheel, and even the printed seat belts, which were custom-made to match the interior color. The plastic interior elements were laminated with dry carbon fiber, giving the interior a premium look that matches the car's character. After completing the interior work, we moved on to the technical side. We performed a full maintenance service and inspected all components and assemblies. We reinforced the front brake system and installed reinforced pads and brake discs on the rear axle. Special attention was paid to the exhaust system. We created a custom system with two volume settings. Configuration: — Two parallel pipes with a 63 mm diameter X-pipe; — 2 straight-through resonators; — 2 variable-geometry mufflers; — 4 94mm diameter tips. The system creates a rich, deep sound, yet allows you to switch between sport and comfort modes. The finishing touch was new custom-made forged wheels. We also performed custom tire installation and power-displacement optimization on professional Hunter equipment for perfect balance and a smooth ride.
