Rigid Heddle Loom Weaving! Tablerunner from Malabrigo! Easy Beginner Project Using Handspun as Warp!

#malabrigoyarn I'm weaving again! We have family here for Thanksgiving (we call it Clarksgiving), because we always have dinner quite early for the holiday! I knit a beautiful cowl out of this Malabrigo yarn for a shop sample at my LYS, and fell in love with this Petrichor colorway in the arroyo yarn. So, it seemed like a natural choice for the tablerunner! Handspun yarn makes up most of the warp, and I hope it inspires someone, or gives you ideas for your next weaving project! This runner is 19.3" wide warp, (145 ends) on a 7.5 DPI heddle. Arroyo is sport weight yarn. The warp is 8 feet long, and I wove 7.8 feet under tension. After washing and finishing, the runner is 6'4", so I am thrilled with it!
