BREAKING: Teacher Arrested and Interdicted for Alleged Absconding from Duty in Agago. Mr. Komakech Titus Menya, an Education Assistant, has been arrested and interdicted over alleged absconding from duty at Wol Ngora Primary School in Agago District. According to reports, Mr. Komakech was transferred from Kamonojwi Primary School to Wol Ngora Primary School in the first term of 2026 but allegedly failed to report to his new duty station. The Head Teacher of Wol Ngora Primary School said the school was surprised that the teacher never reported after the transfer. Speaking on the matter, Deputy RDC Susan Akot Moro urged all teachers to love and respect their profession, emphasizing the importance of fulfilling their responsibilities and serving learners with commitment.
