Daktari Afunguka: Siri ya Afya Bora kwa Vijana na Uhusiano wake na Akili
Je, unaijali afya ya mwili wako kama unavyojali "Hustle" zako za kila siku? Katika Episode hii maalum ya Youth Talk kutoka Youth Liberty & Psychological Transformation (YLPT), tumekaa na daktari/mtaalamu wa afya ili kukupatia elimu sahihi na ya kitaalamu kuhusu afya kwa vijana nchini Tanzania. Kwenye video hii, tunachimba kwa kina maana halisi ya afya kwa ujumla, kwa nini afya ya mwili ndio nguzo kuu, na jinsi inavyoathiri afya yako ya akili (mental health) kwa mbali.
