Carrousel at Hersheypark (Holiday) | NAPHA Ride Spotlight

Carrousel at Hersheypark in Hershey, PA, during Christmas Candylane Built by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company in 1919, this carousel originated at Liberty Heights Park in Baltimore, MD. It was then relocated to Enna Jettick Park in Auburn, NY in 1929. It then moved to Hersheypark in 1944. As part of a park expansion, Carrousel was moved to the new Chocolatetown entrance of the park in 2020. Carrousel has 24 standing horses, 42 jumping horses, 2 chariots, and a working 1926 Wurlitzer band organ. NAPHA recognizes Hersheypark for continuing to operate PTC Carousel #47, the oldest operating ride in the park.
