I Used Claude Code to Automate My Open House Follow-Up

Here's how I turned a photo of one into a CRM lead and a full cold outreach plan, automatically. If you do open houses, you know this pile: names, phone numbers, a "yes/no" on whether they're working with an agent, and then they sit on your desk forever because typing them into your CRM one by one takes too long. In this video I take a real open house sign-in sheet, photograph it, and hand it to Claude Code using voice input and Plan Mode instead of typing out a careful prompt, the goal is to get every detail out of your head, not write a clean sentence. From there, Claude builds a full contact plan for the prospect: a Day 0 text message referencing something specific from the sheet, a voicemail script, follow-up touches, a personal video idea, and a handwritten note if you have their address. The outreach approach leans on cold-outreach frameworks from Alex Hormozi, Jason Pantana and Tom Ferry (FORD personalization, value-first touches), and Ryan Serhant's "follow up, follow back, and follow until you die." Because the relationship started at an open house, the plan leads with the buyer conversation first and only shifts to the seller side once rapport is back. The bigger goal: turn this into a repeatable Claude Code Skill, so every future open house is just a phone photo and a slash command, no manual CRM entry, no forgotten leads.
