Located along Mejiro-dori in Nakano Ward, with no other restaurants nearby and a bit of a distance from the nearest station, this restaurant truly deserves its unique location. The soba noodles themselves are undeniably exquisite, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. I actually tried to visit before, but the restaurant was temporarily closed. This time, I researched online beforehand and sent a reservation email. I received a polite reply stating that reservations weren't necessary for lunch, but since it was first-come, first-served, I arrived 15 minutes before opening.
