I started the day taking care of our garage, which was full of dirt after a windstorm. Even with the cold weather arriving, I took the opportunity to wash the sheets, organize the clothes, and tidy up the house, just the way we like it. 🕊️✨ And to make the afternoon sweeter, I made a brand new recipe: an Apple and Walnut Cake that turned out simply wonderful! It's very moist and has a crunchy crust on top. It's the perfect accompaniment to a hot coffee. ☕🧁 In addition, I shared some news: I'm fulfilling a dream I've had for many years! Stay tuned because I'll show you everything in the next video! 💖 🍎 APPLE AND WALNUT CAKE RECIPE: 175g (2 units / 1½ cups) chopped apples 1 egg 225g sugar 110ml milk 250g all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 pinch of salt 50g walnuts 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 tablespoon baking powder Preparation: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, beat the egg and add the butter, milk, and apples. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Add the chopped walnuts and mix. Pour into a greased baking pan. Finish with sugar and walnuts, if desired.
