[세포 실험] 세포에 세균 독소를 뿌려보았다

CMT93 cell이란 쥐 장상피세포에 세균 B. fragilis로부터 추출한 독소 rETBF solution을 3시간 동안 처리해보았습니다. 해당 영상은 풀 영상이며, 재생 헤드를 빠르게 넘기시면 세포가 동그랗게 변하는 모습을 빠르게 관찰하실 수 있어요. (설명 = B. fragilis toxin (BFT)는 세포를 서로 연결시켜주는 E-cadherin이라는 단백질을 잘라버리기 때문에, 세포들끼리 더이상 연결되지 못 하고 원래의 모습이 아닌 동그란 모습으로 변해버립니다. 그 모습을 실시간으로 촬영한거에요. :) ) B. fragilis toxin (so called BFT) has a biological activity that cleaves E-cadherin important for the connection between cells. So morphology of BFT treated cells become round shape for those reasons.
