I'm so happy that so many people have made these 💕💕 But I wish eggs would get cheaper soon, lol lol Follow me♡♡ Instagram →→ / tomoka__0204 TikTok →→ / tomocafemoka ---------------------------------------- [17cm diameter chiffon mold] Egg yolks... 80g Granulated sugar... 15g Salad oil (light sesame oil)... 45ml Honey (acacia)... 20g Cake flour (dolce)... 90g Lemon juice... 30g Water... 15g Zest of 1/2 a lemon Egg whites... 150g Granulated sugar... 40g Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C for 30 minutes. (Be careful, as the honey in the pan can burn easily.) [For a 20cm chiffon pan] Egg yolks: 140g Granulated sugar: 30g Salad oil (light sesame oil): 80ml Honey (acacia): 35g Lemon juice: 50g Water: 30g Zest of 1 lemon: All-purpose flour (dulce): 150g Egg whites: 250g Granulated sugar: 70g Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C for 30 minutes. ○Lemon icing Powdered sugar 70g Lemon juice 10g [Chiffon type with a diameter of 17 cm] Egg yolk...80g Granulated sugar... 15g Salad oil (white sesame oil) ... 45ml Honey (acacia)...20g Plain flour (dolce)... 90g Lemon juice...30g Water... 15g Lemon zest... 1/2 piece Egg white... 150g Granulated sugar...40g Bake in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for half an hour. (Be careful ⚠️ because it contains honey and burns easily) [Chiffon type with a diameter of 20 cm] Egg yolk... 140g Granulated sugar... 30g Salad oil (white sesame oil) ... 80ml Honey 35g acacia (acacia) 50g lemon juice 30g water Lemon peel (for 1 piece) 150g plain flour (dolce) 250g egg whites 70g granulated sugar Bake in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for half an hour. -------------------------------------------------- Instructions 1. Add egg yolks, granulated sugar, honey, oil, water, lemon juice, lemon peel, and flour in this order and mix. 2. Make the meringue. Add the granulated sugar in three batches and beat until soft peaks form. 3. Add the mixture from step 2 to step 1 in three batches and mix. 4. Bake in a preheated oven. 5. Cool upside down on a glass or other surface. ~How to make~ (1) Mix egg yolk → granulated sugar → honey → oil → water → lemon juice → lemon zest → powder in that order. (2) Make meringue. Add granulated sugar three times and let stand until the horns bend loosely. (3) Add (2) to (1) three times and mix. (4) Bake in a preheated oven.
