◆Installing the GIMUYA Driver's Side Additional Door Switch Kit on the New Alphard 40 Series - Power Sliding Door and Back Door Open/Close Switch◆ I installed the "Additional Door Switch Kit" on my Alphard! Apparently, this feature is standard on the Alphard's "Executive Lounge" model, but unfortunately, it's not available on my "Z" grade. So, with aftermarket products starting to appear, I was determined to install one myself! Just when I was about to do it, GIMUYA, the company that I installed this time, offered me their product! (Happy) I was surprised that the timing was perfect, and I immediately went ahead and installed it. The installation itself requires no special tools, and anyone with some knowledge should be able to install it DIY in about 30 minutes. While similar additional switches are available from many manufacturers, the great thing about GIMUYA is that it not only opens and closes the power sliding door, but also the back door. Another great feature is that you can stop the opening and closing process midway!
