Assetto Corsa Rally Is Quietly Becoming Something Special
Assetto Corsa Rally version 0.4 is here, and this is a meaningful step forward for the sim. In this video, I take both of the newly added cars out for a drive: The legendary Subaru Impreza S3 Group A The high-revving Peugeot 306 Maxi Kit Car These two cars couldn’t be more different. One is a 4WD rally icon built for gravel and snow, while the other is a lightweight, front-wheel-drive tarmac weapon. And thanks to the latest physics updates, both feel more natural and more communicative at the limit. Version 0.4 also brings improvements to tire behavior, especially in wet and snowy conditions, along with expanded snow support on existing rallies. The result is a driving experience that feels more responsive, more predictable, and more rewarding. This isn’t just new content — it’s a clear step forward in how Assetto Corsa Rally drives. Let me know in the comments what you think of the update. #assettocorsa #simracing #rally
