Here we have the final section of the journey across the Tyne Valley From Haltwhistle to Carlisle in glorious sunshine. This video is a couple of years old but very nice just the same to enjoy after Yesterdays announcement of the country going into full lockdown again because of the covid-19 pandemic. Like all the older videos Sound recording was not permitted. Apologies for the glare on this video the sun was quite low and unavoidable, but hope it doesn't spoil your viewing too much. We head out of Haltwhistle heading West through the lovely countryside with views of the Lake district peaks in the background passing through Brampton and Wetheral before running up the gradient into Carlisle station.
