Dangerous & Difficult! Massive Rain Tree with Interlocking Branches.

270 cm Rain Tree Challenge: Keeping the Log Intact with Basic Gear Welcome back to the Is_Woko channel. In today's video, we are documenting the removal of a large rain tree (trembesi) with a trunk circumference of 270 cm. To handle this everyday task, our crew deployed three of our reliable chainsaws: the Stihl MS 881, Echo CS 7310SX, and Stihl MS 261. The primary challenge of this project was ensuring the massive tree fell completely intact without splitting or cracking the main log. Trembesi wood is notoriously prone to splitting upon ground impact if the crown weight is uneven. To prevent this, a thorough pre-felling pruning session was absolutely mandatory before making the final directional cuts. We focused on cutting down the interlocking and crossing branches first to balance the crown structure. This was the most difficult phase for us, as we had to rely strictly on raw arborist skills and basic equipment without the aid of heavy machinery. Fortunately, with careful positioning, we successfully minimized damage to the premium timber and kept the surrounding trees completely safe. Thank you for watching our honest and raw workflow! The trees we fell are legally purchased from local farmers for industrial use and are not sourced from protected forests. These premium logs are bound for Jepara, Central Java, where they will be transformed into luxury solid wood furniture, massive live-edge tables, and world-renowned intricate carvings.
