The president of Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García-Page, called for general elections this Thursday, arguing that it is "the best thing for Spain" following the crisis within the PSOE (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party) triggered by the UCO (Central Operative Unit of the Civil Guard) raid on the party's headquarters on Ferraz Street.
