The plaintiff says she ordered flowers for her friend’s brother’s funeral, paid in full, and was utterly embarrassed by what the defendant delivered to the wake. She is suing for a refund. The defendant says he created and delivered an arrangement that looked exactly like the one he showed her beforehand in his shop.
