URBAN LAB RYBNIK - NA CO IDĄ NASZE PIENIĄDZE?

The city plans to spend PLN 14 million on a new public consultation space, even though Halo! Rybnik, an initiative with similar objectives, is already operating nearby. There's no clear justification for why the current infrastructure would be insufficient and why existing infrastructure can't simply be expanded. The amount is questionable, as it could realistically support schools, nurseries, renovations, and local organizations. Residents are asking: why create another costly institution when the existing one serves its purpose?
