LUXURA-THE COMMERCIAL HUB @ AURANGABAD, MAHARASHTRA (UPDATED)

First time in the Industrial City of Maharashtra - AURANGABAD - will have a unique Commercial Hub which will host various facilities ranging from Car Showroom, Banquet Halls, hotel, Gym and Restaurants to Gaming Zones. We have designed this building to cater to the needs of sustainability to the maximum extent. We have proposed a unique elevational envelope of perforated sheets in the parametric form to safeguard the building from extreme heat gain, dust, and noise pollution as it is flanked by a Highway on the front side.
