Gamak is a kind of ornamental action in raga music. Gamak is the process of creating a pushing velocity in the last tone while moving from one tone to another in ascending or descending motion. But it is difficult to say where the shock originated. However, the tone in which it ends is clearly understood. For example, the descending of Bageshri Raga is 'Sa-na-dha-ma'.
