The seafood markets here were like nowhere I've ever seen, exotic sea creatures ready to be prepared and eating on site. We went relatively safe with local El Jadida stingray (skate). Breaded and fried, dipped in haressa and you're on your way to Moroccan seafood bliss. After our morning at the market we continue along the rocky coast to Oualidia, oyster capital of Morocco. After our fair share of shellfish we head for the grand finale. Hiding on a sandy island in the Atlantic ocean you can find the most incredible restaurant serving fresh fish with your feet in the sand.
