That applies to the build of the kit, as the Efreets all share the same core structure. The resulting kit has a nice sculpt, decent articulation, and a characterful color palette and loadout that brings the unit to life in HG form. However, the limited waist articulation, loose armor pieces and the horrible stickers are definitely points to deduct from this kit, especially the former since it's a melee unit.
