Still can't believe I called this one "Optimism"... but then again, in spite of everything I'm usually a fairly optimistic person. Or, at least, I try to be... Here was my original message when I first posted this at the start of 2020: Happy New Year everyone!! "Optimism" is an intuitive abstract finger painting with a bright, forward thinking theme. When I look at it, I think "Onwards and upwards!" How optimistic are you about the New Year? I'm not sure how optimistic I feel yet but I do feel very lucky that I was able to have a wonderful time with loved ones. I hope you were able to celebrate too, even if you didn't make it till midnight ;) I think optimism is a state of mind that we all need sometimes, especially when you or your wider world are going through a tough time. A British artist based in Kent, painting mainly abstract acrylics. I love experimenting with colour and texture. Hope you enjoy watching me create my artwork :) 🎨
