Warming up is really important when you begin your martial arts training sessions, this will allow you to train safely with more intensity, prevent injuries, as well fine-tune the basic movements you will need during your practice session. First part of the warm-up is a general full-body warm-up that can also be used for other sports or fitness training, then we added a couple range-specific movements for striking, grappling and wrestling.
