We, however, chose not to dismiss them; instead, we decided to investigate the claims surrounding a specific tale found in both the *Vishnu Purana and the *Skanda Purana*. Both texts describe a fierce battle fought between Lord Vishnu and Veerabhadra Deva—a divine manifestation of Lord Shiva, whose physical form and power were said to be equal to those of the Great Lord himself. Legend has it that during this epic clash, Lord Vishnu wielded his divine weapon, the *Sudarshan Chakra*; it is further claimed that, to this very day, the divine resonance of that destructive force can still be heard at that sacred site.
