Почему мэрия Бишкека хочет пробить дороги сквозь кампус "Манаса"?
A controversy has erupted in Bishkek over the construction of a new road. According to the mayor's office's plans, it will run through the grounds of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, essentially dividing its campus in half. City officials claim the project is necessary to relieve congestion and improve traffic. However, students and graduates of the university are strongly opposed. They fear the road will compromise campus safety and worsen learning conditions.
