Hi, welcome back to the channel, Today’s video is a CVH cylinder head fitted to a Ford Escort XR3, fully ported and reconditioned. When we was racing at KNOCKHILL in the pickup last October we met our customer Alan who left us with his cylinder head to recondition and modify, the plan was to do the head then meet back up with him in the being of May when we should have been racing back at KNOCKHILL. Unfortunately our race got cancelled so we needed to send the Head back by courier. The cylinder head was stripped, washed, Gasflowed, 3 angle seats, refaced by 0.020” to raise the compression slightly, a Newman Cam kit was supplied with solid followers and a vernier timing wheel.
