Shadow work is all over the spiritualist/healer networks at the moment, and although I think Shadow work has been captioned wrongly in witchcraft, there is always some benefit to be had in analysing your behaviours and trying to see where improvements can be had. From a witch’s POV there are several techniques that you can use to get rid of unwanted shadowy influences and so I wanted to show you how to use simple witchcraft tools to work on your darker side. Shadow work is really a mental health issue, and can only truly be dealt with by a professional or possibly and incredibly kind and empathetic friend as it is a disconnect between reality and your own perceptions. There is no real way to know that you have a shadow, unless people tell you, but as this is deeply upsetting, they mostly never do.
