Toasty Single-Phase ACA P-15

First and last run of what was supposed to be the new siren for Milan, GA. The siren was apparently fried before it was taken off its pole at its original location (Darien, IL), but we were told it ran. Technically it still runs, but it spews smoke from the burning wires in the motor field and armature, and gets so hot after running 10 seconds that you can't even touch it.
