Zen & Trauma

Thinking about the relationship of Zen and trauma, in how contemporary approaches to understanding and treating trauma highlight core aspects of our Ordinary Mind practice? But is Zen then simply another therapeutic approach? If therapy is finally, and rightly, 'all about me', then Zen points us to our experiencing and acting as not-separate with the world to which we are integral, the world of emptiness, which is to say the only world possible.
