Thump Crappie In The Heat Of Summer

Can you catch crappie in the heat of Summer? You bet you can and some say more than ever. We are on Bull Shoals Lake in NW Arkansas with ACC Crappie Stix angler Kyle Lasater for a good old fashion beat down on crappie while the hot sun beats down on us! The action is as hot as the weather and the slip cork method Kyle uses is just the ticket. Its mid July, the crappie are on 25-30 ft brush, the bite is awesome and the fish are as healthy as can be. We had plenty of issues in the heat but we made it through with ingenuity, luck and lots of laughter. Hope you can stay awhile and watch.
