Tzekel-Kan Tribute

My third time bringing another 2D Dreamworks villain, 3 years in a row, and it is to one from my third favorite 2D Dreamworks movie, The Road To El Dorado. I do like his concept quite a lot. A high priest all bout fear and control, and how suspicious he is of the two protagonists (Miguel and Tulio). Unlike other villains, he doesnt rely on brute force. Instead he relies on intimidation, plots his actions, and those ritual magic stuff that he uses to maintain power. I will say he does have a fascinating vibe thats kinda eerie, and at the end, he does become dangerous when he uses that giant Jaguar statue to destroy all of El Dorado, and overall, he is a pretty cool villain with all that said.
