Punching Accuracy: How to Hit Moving Targets in Wing Chun & Escrima

In this video, Sifu Miloš and his student Juan break down how to develop real accuracy for punches, strikes, and kicks — not just on a stationary target, but against a moving opponent. You’ll learn why accuracy is more than “hitting the spot,” and how timing, distance control, coordination, and pressure are trained step-by-step. Sifu explains the key differences between Wing Chun accuracy (centerline / wrist control) and Escrima accuracy (protecting the box / striking inside the box). You’ll also learn why “staring” at a single point causes misses, how to aim an area instead of freezing on a dot, and how to keep power in the target through the final quarter of the movement. The training progresses from: • fixed target accuracy • distance control without striking • forward/back movement drills • pressure maintenance (75% extension) • lateral movement + circling targets • live guard & counter-attack timing These drills can be trained with a partner, a wall bag, or a heavy bag — and they build the real-world skill of countering attacks with an attack, which is a core concept in both systems. 👉 Train with us / join the channel:    / channel   If you want to learn more about our school and join us for a free class follow the link in our website: https://www.my-vlma.com
