Welcome to another adventure with GB Local Guide! In this vlog, I take you on an unforgettable journey to Gashu Lake and Jutt, two breathtaking places hidden behind the mountains of Jutial, Gilgit. Our journey starts from Gilgit with a 20-minute bike ride to Padi Jaglot, followed by a turn towards Chakarkot. The road remains metalled until Chakarkot, after which the real adventure begins with around 5 hours of off-road riding. From there, we hike for about 2 hours to reach the beautiful Gashu Lake, surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery. The adventure doesn’t end there. We continue our hike for another 7–8 hours to reach Jutt, a remote place from where experienced hikers can reach Gilgit in just 3–4 hours. If your destination is Goharabad, the trek takes approximately 8–10 hours from Jutt.
