The photo was posted without any explanation about an hour after the post explaining the plan for Iran's denuclearization was uploaded. Therefore, interpretations are emerging that this implies North Korea is next after Iran. On the other hand, North Korea has repeatedly stated its position that "denuclearization" is impossible, pushing back against the explicit inclusion of denuclearization goals in recent meetings, such as the South Korea-U.S. Nuclear Consultative Group.
