Spitfire 26B PH-PSF vliegt en is vanaf nu inzetbaar

Hilversum, April 15, 2022 – The Project Spitfire Foundation considered it a good day to raise a glass on this Good Friday to celebrate the fact that their Supermarine Spitfire Mk.26B PH-PSF is flying and now operational. Several participants, friends, and associates of the Foundation were invited to Restaurant Hilversum Airport for the occasion. Before raising a glass, however, they were able to enjoy a few fly-bys of PH-PSF. The Spitfire emerged from the hangar box, provided by the owners of PH-AED. Runway 07 was in use, so the pilot on duty, Victor Telkamp, ​​was able to fly PH-PSF past the guests on takeoff. #spitfire #hilversumairport
