Slurp down a popular secret menu item at a long-established, unique local Chinese restaurant in Yokohama! We visited Yokohama Daiichitei in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Founded in 1959, this family-run restaurant was originally established by the parents and is now run by two brothers. Apparently it was previously featured on the TV show "Solitary Gourmet," and as the sign reads "Pork" and "Hormone," it's famous for its array of original Chinese dishes made with pork innards. In addition to the innards, there seem to be a variety of other intriguing and secret menu items, and this time we ordered the "Patang" and "Stir-fried Hormone." Sipping this stir-fried innards with a highball or beer would be the perfect way to finish off a meal...! Just watching made me want to drink, lol. In addition to hormones, there seem to be various menus and back menus that I'm curious about, so this time I ordered "pattern" and "stir-fried hormones".
