Pokémon Stadium 2 - Gym Leader Castle: Mahogany Gym

I have defeated Team Rocket, and it is time to continue with the Gym Challenge, and next is Mahogany Gym. The Gym Leader is Pryce, and he uses Ice-type Pokémon, but some of the Trainers use other types like Water, Ground, and many other types. The Trainers can even use moves like Icy Wind and many others that can lower the stats of Pokémon. I will list each Trainers, and the nicknames of the Pokémon, with the species name of the Pokémon in brackets, as well as their held item. The team that I selected is Raichu, Venusaur, Kadabra, Wobbuffet, Moltres, and Hitmonlee, this was the suggested team on the Rental Guide on GameFAQs, the last Pokémon can be anything, but I went with Hitmonlee as it is there if I need it. The first battle isn't too difficult as the Pokémon have weak attacks like Powder Snow, Tackle, Aurora Beam, and many other moves, and I don't know why that Seel has Safegaurd and Sleep Talk, because when Safeguard is in effect, the Pokémon cannot be inflicted with status conditions. For some reason, the AI Team Manipulator lists that both Cubone and Seadra have the Bitter Berry, it is not possible to have both Pokémon use the same kind of held item, and on Bulbapedia, Seadra is listed to have an Ice Berry. The second opponent likes to use Icy Wind to decrease your Speed and Headbutt to get in a flinch. Then for the Gym Leader, Pryce will always use Piloswine, and this Pokémon has a Quick Claw, and to explain about the Quick Claw as this is the first time we are seeing that item in the Gym Leader Castle, this item has a 20% chance of the Pokémon going first, and as Piloswine is normally a slow Pokémon, the Quick Claw does give it a chance to go first on that turn. Ursaring does have the Bitter Berry to cure the confusion from Thrash, and Jynx has a MiracleBerry, this is the Lum Berry of this game, it can cure any status conditions, and Jynx can only learn Thrash in the Generation 1 games.
