5 Things I’ll Never Do To My FINE Hair Again…

In this video, I’m sharing five things I will never do to my fine natural hair again after realising I was causing breakage with things I thought were harmless. We’ll talk about 5 tiny mistakes I used to make, including handling my fine hair like an indestructible rope. This is especially for fine natural hair, type 4 hair, low-density hair, fragile strands, and anyone who feels like their hair is always breaking even when they are trying to take care of it. The goal is not a perfect routine. The goal is fewer stress points, better product choices, cleaner wash days, lower friction, and hair that can survive from washday to washday. :) 🧴Current Faves Current fav hair mask: https://amzn.to/3R0SKri Hair pins: couldn’t find it on Amazon, may be a local item, I’m really sorry. Heat protectant cream: https://amzn.to/4bxcdXs Heat protectant spray: Schwarzkopf Extra Care Keratin Heat Protect Spray 250ml (I couldn’t find a link, I’m sorry) Puff cuff (for loose updos): https://amzn.to/4wxlY01 Current shampoo: https://amzn.to/4fpy8lK (I also use and love this one: https://amzn.to/3RsiLzT ) (I don’t use the conditioner from either of these brands. Tried both, not enough slip/softness/lubrication/‘melting’-of-knots for me🙏) If you use a hairbrush, I highly recommend this Denman one: https://amzn.to/4wBFSqR (I use it very minimally these days, but the bristles flex around knots, limiting yanking and potential breakage, and the head is wide enough to go through sections quickly. I still use this brush on my family members’ hair). 🎬Watch Next    • MY FINE NATURAL HAIRCARE ROUTINE For Fast ...      • 15 High Maintenance Habits for ✨Effortless...   ⏰Timestamps 00:00 Breakage 00:31 Mistake 1 01:59 Mistake 2 02:33 Mistake 3 03:44 Mistake 4 05:37 Mistake 5 💌 Fix Your Routine in 7 Days (FREE crash course) https://tinu.systeme.io/freecrashcourse 🎀 Work With Me https://tinu.systeme.io/washngoway 🧴Hair Products (Amazon Affiliate link | no additional charge to you) https://www.amazon.com/shop/tinuodele... 🔬Research Articles Fan J, Wu L, Wang J, Bian X, Chen C, Chang K.
