New Navajo Tortilla Recipe

I wanted to update the Navajo Tortilla Recipe. 4 cups flour 2 tbsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 cups hot water Directions: Mix dry ingredients in bowl of stand mixer OR large bowl. Stir until mix well. then add 13/4 cups of water and start adding a little more if it gets too dry. I like mine on the softer side. Then divide in to round balls, let them rest for about 15-20 mins, I know some people just go right into making the bread LOL not me. Okay now heat your oil or tortilla pan to med-high or 350° for frybread. When you make your bread please please do not the stove area LOL it will burn 🤣.... pat our your bread and then add to pan I like to turn the bread to get brown all the bread then flip just for a short time minute or so.
