Guidelines for the 2026 Mapsi Religious Song Duet Singing Competition a. Participants must be duet pairs consisting of one male and one female, representing each regency/city. b. Participants are free to arrange the rhythm of the music/song as long as it does not detract from the character of the song. c. No backup dancers or animated background music are permitted during their performances. d. Participants must sing the required song and the chosen song in two voices, not two people singing at the same volume. e. Accompanying music must be karaoke music submitted to the competition operator on a flash drive. f. Maximum performance time is 15 minutes. g. Any performance that exceeds the 15-minute time limit will not be judged. h. Participants must perform one required song and one chosen song. i. Participants must submit the title of their chosen song before performing. j. Participants must sing the required song: Kaaba, the Qibla of the Muslim Community, Copyright. Slamet Haryadi, S.Pd.I Participants must wear Muslim attire or clothing that reflects Islamic culture and covers the body. They are not permitted to wear revealing clothing (e.g., not wearing a hijab). m. The judges will select and determine the first, second, and third place winners, as well as the first, second, and third runner-up.
