And the performance of high-end modern materials, shaped through the clean and recognizable design language you already know from ANSØ. BIRK features a VANAX blade, a secure front-wrapped full tang handle and your choice of either leather or kydex sheath. It has been several years since I last made a fixed blade for our own production, and BIRK feels like the right knife to return with. The name BIRK means birch tree in Danish. It is also the name of our first grandson, which makes this one feel even more personal.
