The Factory | PiicoDev Transceiver: Radio Wave & Data Packets

Here's a game changer! We've kept the lid on the PiicoDev Transceiver project pretty well, but we're finally ready to talk about it. The PiicoDev Transceiver is a 915MHz packet radio. Radio modules don't usually have an I2C interface, so this module uses a microcontroller to act as a go-between: interfacing the SPI radio to the I2C bus and handling commands and messages. You might notice the diminutive size - we've managed to squeeze the antenna onto this board so no additional RF hardware is needed. This episode is all about how we managed the compact design, and a real field-test to see what this baby can do!
