Cala Goloritzè was just named the #1 beach in the world for 2025 by The World's 50 Best Beaches — and getting there is not the easy walk most videos make it look like. It's a 1.5–2 hour round-trip hike over sharp limestone, starting from the Golgo Plateau. You need to book through the official "Heart of Sardinia" app up to 72 hours ahead (€7/person, capped at 250 visitors a day) — and on our hike, we passed a girl who'd hurt her knee and had to be carried back by her friends.
