Dazai is a son of Hades in BSD world, hence why he keep failing his attempts. Dazai's mom was the daughter of the previous PM boss. Hades left Dazai's mom right after Dazai was born and his mom remarried a couple of years later. The couple loved Dazai but unknown to them, he was getting bullied by the aura that children of Hades usually give off. One day, his parents died from an accident and his grandfather(old PM boss) got custody over Dazai. He was abused by his grandfather and was trained to be his weapon. From all the suffering, Dazai wished to die. Later, Dazai met Mori and became his witness. The story follows the rest of the cannon afterwards. Dazai also met Hades after his first attempt. He met the other children of Hades(including Nico) from time to time. Also, he has powers but doesn't directly use them.
