POWER-Skate DUO H - re-think heavy duty intralogistics for in-line production and machine moving.

Large and heavy components in the assembly-line production of heavy equipment such as cranes and excavators, or manufacturing machines such as milling and turning machines, presses, and plastic injection molding machines, as well as generators, energy storage systems in ISO containers, transformers, or fully prefabricated houses in the power supply sector or in the modular construction of building components—all can be moved effectively, easily, and effortlessly in any direction. The load is positioned at the appropriate height on ECO-Skate ROTO Skates and support blocks and is lifted by the two units of the electrically driven POWER-Skate DUO H with an integrated hydraulic lifting cylinder. It can then be moved together with the ECO-Skate ROTO Skates to the next station in the production line using the Single Joystick radio remote control. All conceivable manoeuvring operations can be performed using the driving modes: all-wheel steering, crab steering, single skate, and rotation of one around the other skate. Bypassing stations due to material shortages is easily possible since the systems can be used flexibly and are not tied to a rail system. As always with HTS POWER-Skates, they are very space-saving and compact. When changing driving modes, the skates automatically position themselves for the selected mode, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual positioning of individual skates. Radio-controlled and battery-powered POWER-Skate DUO lift skates are available with load capacities ranging from 20, 48, to 80 tons. From the inventor of fully electric load moving skates, there are also electrically powered transport trolleys with lifting capability for three-point supports up to a set load capacity of 40 tons.
