It's TV Time! but it's in 12/8

As someone who is still learning music theory, I'm quite having a difficult time figuring out the time signature of this, whether it be 6/8 or 12/8 time signature, or just a 4/4 with a swing tempo? So my final decision was 12/8 because of the "fast paced" beat and based on that one Megalovania 12/8 video by LiterallyNoOne, but I still don't know.. what do you think? Let me know in the comments which do you think is the correct time signaure for this, especially music theorists out theree! So the previous video was percieved quite nicely, I kinda enjoy altering tempos of songs and it's like a challenge! For this one, I say I still prefer the interpretation I did for hammer of justice than this one, this one is basically an alternate swing version of the original song.. still good though, right?
