I took the drone to the beach, an environment with less interference but plenty of wind, to put this to the test. Using an iPhone 13 Pro, I performed two range tests: in the first, I experienced a premature signal loss at 160 meters, which triggered the automatic Return to Home (RTH). However, in the second attempt, I changed the position of my hands to avoid blocking the cell phone antenna, and the result was unbelievable. The small DJI Neo 2 broke the 300-meter barrier and reached over 400 meters, maintaining video and control connection even with the strong wind warning.
