Takeuchi TB1140 Kawasaki K3V63DTP Strip, Clean and Rebuild. Kawasaki K3V63DTP hydraulic pump fitted to a Takeuchi TB1140. Pump came in to us as customer reported a constant knocking noise coming from within the pump.. On stripping and inspecting the pump we identified that one of the piston shoes had"popped off", which had also caused damage to the cylinder block. Pump was then fully reconditioned, replacing damaged parts, bearings and seals.
