The contest was a competition of screening skills, efficiency and customer satisfaction achieved by company-selected screeners when carrying out passenger and checked baggage screening for international flights using simulated passengers. A panel of six judges assessed their overall performance including the ability to follow correct procedures, screen efficiently and deal with passengers in an appropriate, courteous manner.
